  1. I imported ALFA romeo parts from usa costing 800 us dollars. I had to pay a tax of almost 32,000 for that!!!!!! and all the parts were used-- not brand new!!!! shit!! :'(
  2. @strikee- yes. you can only import vans that are a max of 5 years old. cars and wagons have a max of 2 years as laid out by the customs dep.

  5. hi guyz. just want to know if I can import a vehicle without any permits? if i need a permit, what is it and how do I get it?? how do they calculate tax on imported vehicles? is it a fixed rate or depends in type of vehicle, engine capacity etc.? I am looking to import a van and it costs me US$ 26,500 for CIF. its a Toyota kdh 2009. how much will I have to pay tax?? hope anyone will help me here please??
