    Hi, SALA GIS ### is providing this service. Normally the devices will cost you around 20,000-22,000 and you need to pay 900/= per month for realtime tracking. They used thire own map which will give real street names. That is the same map used in GPS navigatiion. Reasanty, I met one promotion person from Etisalat giving the same service but initial device cost is around 40,000/= but only 250/= per month for service.
