I also have the same experience with the oil changing guy at A*toM*r*aj. Around three months back he forced me to do an engine flush to my FB 15 and I rejected it first in hand. Last Friday I took my newly bought Vitz to the initial service. It was done around 30,000km at the time of import and he made a funny argument that the car was never gone with an engine oil or oil filter change since its manufacture and begged me to do the engine flush. These service station ppl get commision for each deal from the importers of these kind of products. So, don't belive them and get damaged the engine of your vehicle.
