Idle speed is 800 without A/C. I tried running without A/C on still the problem exist.

What is your idle engine rpm? It is under 1000 with A/C on... Does this happen when you engage from neutral to a gear as well ? NO.. or only when you disengage from a gear and go to neutral or another gear? YES... My one does not have an electronic throttle.... any thoughts...

Thanks for your advice,, but i dont think it is something do with clutch as when i release the clutch RPM drops and I do not feel any clutch slippery.

I tried yesterday as well still I feel some abnormal spin. This before i release the clutch...

you are right mate.. Used it 4 years ago.. did not stay in SL for last 4years... I tried your suggestion, it works fine. thought something wrong with the engine.. I ll try today as well and let you know the update tomorrow.. thanks all for reply...

Thanks mate for the reply. NO it is not disengage, when i engage clutch RPM goes up. But at that time, i let the accelerator pedal off. To be clear I do not press the accelerator pedal when i engage the clutch.

Hi Guys, I recently bought a 121 – 2003/BN/1.5/manual/KM200000done. It does around 14-15 in city limit (not in heavy traffic), still could not try outstation and pump 90 OCT. My issue is when I shift the gear from one to another, RPM goes up a bit and steadily goes down to normal again. Eg: Shift the gear from 1 to 2, (I press the pedal upto RPM is 2000 position) and when I engage the clutch RPM goes up to around 3000 and comes down. Is this an issue ?

What you are saying is FB15 has CVT gear box ? and it is not effecient as Honda CVT ?

Ohh.. why people always saying FB15 is a crap, even my father says so.. He always says it should be a Toyota in this county.. I do not understand. Anyway still I m looking for a one to buy.. My budget can't be exceed 2.5 mil.

Thanks for all your reply. Yes it is B/N imported one. Car is not in that much good condition I may have to spend another 1 lak or so to get it in good condition. So do you think still it s worth to buy or go for a good condition FB15 ?

Guys, I am going to buy a car and budget is 2.5 mil. I m thinking of 2 cars , one is toyota 121 basic and nissan FB15. I found a basic 121 (2004) non vvt for 2.4 mil and ran around 127000 km. What you guys recommend go for the basic 121 or FB 15 super saloon (new shell) for this price.
