thnx machan... firstly im new to EFI stuff ! i purchesd this carina one month back for less than the market price... from the day i purchesd it...it wont run than 30km...after that engine rpm gets low (200-500)... and stops ,then it wont start for another2-3 hours.... that about it ! Cheers !

Hi all ... as u all know i really had a hard time with carina 192 ...... after so many diagnosis MAG people suggested me to replace the E.C.U ( i changed the wires,plugs,sensors,distributor etc-) ... but i looked every posible places ...but couldnt find it ......... DO YOU ANY ONE KNOW A PLACE TO FIND A CARINA AT 192(1993) PETROL,MANUAL ECU .....Plz let me know !!!!! Thnx guys !

Thnx 4 all of you who helped me to sort out the problems i had with my carina 192 ... finally after replacing MAP sensor, Disributor ,Wires ,Plugs, And ECU....... Now shes running nicely.... ...... Plannning to sell her next month......... Again I need some advice from u all to dicide on my new car...... my budget is some thing arround 1.1 -1.2 mil... im looking for some power wel as it has to be a bit economical too... i hv 3 cars in ma mind 1- Starlet gt 2-civc ek3/eg8 -Vtec 3-toyota marino What would be the best option ? Help me on this guys ! Thnx !

One month back i purchesed a Toyota Carina AT192 (bought it for sum less than the market price) .... this is my 1st Efi car...... the very first day i took her out after running 30-40 km the engine knoked and stoped middle of the road....... and never srarted.i had to toe it to my place. from that day it starts very wel but after running 30-40 km the engine rpm s dropps...if i let it go the engine stops and i have to wait another 3 hours to start it. i took her to toyota lanka but they couldnt sort it out .............. what should i do ? i dont have any idia about efi related issues and afraid to hand it over to a garage with out any idea...... Plz Advice !
