@iRage I think i found the issue... The hose circled in the attached picture was cracked... Yesterday I get it fixed... Think this was the reason... And yes, fuel consumption was bit high... did 9km/l in city running... no fuel smell...

Hi Davy, This abnormal wear is only in a small part of the outside of the tyre (as in the 1st photo). As in the 2nd photo, other area of the tyre seems ok... Is it still could be the worn out shock or bushes...?? I'll check the alignment report and let u know...

Hi I have a Toyota Vios YOM 2003... I noticed that there is an uneven wear in the front driver side tyre only in some area (not in the whole tyre)... Does any one know the reason for this...?? Is this due to the low quality of the tyre...?? Tyre brand - GT Radial Champiro BXT Tyre pressure checked regularly, wheel alignment & balancing done...

I bought this vehicle 6 months ago... and within couple of weeks after I bought it I did a tune up and the service as I felt a little vibration... it's a manual transmission car, but even after the tune up it does around 9km/l in city limits with A/C... as the previous owner used toyota 15w-40, in my first service I used the same... but last week I switched back to 10w-30 as I thought thickness of the oil caused the low mileage... Is there a connection between low fuel consumption and oil level drop...??

@Rumesh88 Hi... I have a Toyota Vios YOM 2003 Mileage 130k There is a slight engine oil drop but no visual leakage... As you mentioned in one of the previous comments I checked the air filter and I noticed that there are some oil residue in the air filter... To check whether oil baffles are cogged, will that sili sili bag test help or is there another way...??

in the last service, the service station buggers have changed the engine oil from castrol 10w-40 to 20w-50 and i drive with 20w-50 for about 4500km... is it ok to switch back to 10w-40...?? vehicle - nissan wingroad yom - 2000 milage - 130,000km
