grinding noise from front wheel while driving

Hi, I have a horrible issue with my car front wheel. My car right front wheel is having a grinding noise. but it comes after around 60km of my tour. When I press the brake pedal slightly , the sound goes away. when I turn right the sound is more. the sound exists for some time and goes out. again it comes. I have changed CV joint and Brake pads recently for this matter. but the problem is still there. Can any one help me to rule out this . I already spent more than Rs.30000 for this issue.
