not sure on the belt or electric will look tonight but it gets smooth when you pull away & move the steering wheel

Hello forum. Please can anybody help me I have just brought a 2005 307cc i have just noticed that when i start the car the steering is very heavy but when i move forward it goes back to normal what do you think the problem is?
