Guys, any place to get repaired the power steering system of my march k11 2000 ?

I recently bought a marck k11. Milage is around 140k PS indicator is shown and power steering does not work till i drive for 2km or more and restart the vehicle. But PS indicator doesnot appear after that how much longer i drive. Can someone direct me to a capable garage to get this fixed...?
