Yesterday I did compression test from TL and readings are below. They performed both dry and wet compression tests. Agent mentioned results are not alarming but I have to do overhaul within 1 or 2 years.

Thanks Rumesh for your valuable I will perform ultrasonic cleanup first then perform compression test. I will comment my results in this thread.

I think as you said car need better ultrasonic cleanup and test. Seems chemical didn't work at all. What would be the best way. Do I need to do injector cleanup and EFI tuning first and then do the compression test or other way round

I recently did EFI cleaning and replace plugs same time. They use chemical and run engine with that chemical. I heard that wont completely clean the injectors. is that true? Do you know any trusted place to do compression test (including wet)?

Hi Rumesh, Engine consume around 500ml - 600ml between services (I service my car between 4500KM and 5000KM). Also until mileage reach to at least 3000KM no oil burning observed. After 3000KM I can observe oil drop. I think I will ask from mechanic to do OCV filter and PCV filter cleanup and if necessary I can ask to replace them. I am only worrying about knocking sound when I can hear when climbing mountains (not constantly heard that sound only in lower gears) when I pump 95 Oct petrol it reduce but sometime I can hear that noise.

Can someone recommend good place near Maharagama, Nugegoda Kottawa area to do compression test?

Hi The Stig, I did compression test few months ago (not wet one) and report mentioned 2 cylinders are under compression

Rumesh, I replaced spark plugs 5000 KMs ago when I mentioned about I have to re fill oil before service. mechanic check the plugs those are showing some brown oily color and he checked any oil leaks but no oil leaks at the moment. After that I inspect vehicle by agent (TL) they mentioned oil burning in their report. I didnt change OCV filter or PCV filter recently. Because of noise mechanic mentioned it should be oil sludge or oil leaks by piston rings or combustion chamber damaged due to piston rings and need to replace timing chain as well.
