I have changed CVT oil(Gear oil) in 50,000km and now 61,000 Km.The car audio set also on off time to time.the riley on off sound can not be found.is it electrical fault??

My Daihatsu Mira Es 2016 has noice of kata katas like Riley on off sound which comes under cabihol. after some days cvt and check engine lights on and when cvt indicates , the engine slows and not go fast even accelerate. issues come most of the time when acceaccelerating or drive through mountains/incline surfaces. are these two problems interrelated or seperate and what are the reasons to arise these problems???
