4WD will not engage. Cannot move the low ratio gear lever. 4WD push-switch (on the dashboard) is pressed in and the solenoid can be heard operating. In fact there are two clicks, so either there are two solenoids or one sol. and a relay. What is operated by the solenoid(s)? Is there a pin or latch which physically locks out the 4WD lever mechanism ?
