Anyone who can develop like this hand clutch for manual gear vehicle in sri lanka using Arduino?

I’m planning to buy a L300, to modify for campings. But I need to convert from manual gear to automatic gear system, If it batter to do with oldest high roof one (Because this is law budget project). Please give me the possibility of the conversation, and all kind suggestions are warmly welcome 🖤
