this morning i drove up to Laugfs to get my engine oil and oil filter changed... on completion the dude who was working on my car was blowing the dust off the engine and noticed one of the fans had MELTED. fortunately the car had not been heating up cos the radiator fan was still intact. it was not only the fan that had melted but the mount/frame was warped too so it wasn't just a case of replacing the fan but the ENTIRE unit. i was lucky enough to find the entire lot in nugegoda... my question is how the hell could this have happened? i'm thanking the stars i actually went to get my oil changed even though its time wasn't up yet...

i can vouch for the interiors of the previous generations especially compared to that of the C-class... poor job on them mercs but i don't have much to criticise on the 3-series... i also agree with you on the ride... a friend picked up a 2005 1.8T A6 and the ride is surprisingly pretty hard... he denies it cos afterall... it IS an audi... but his passengers think otherwise...

i quite like its new styling but i don't dig its dash and centre console...i actually prefer the previous generation's dash...i think this one's too 'lit up'... but hey i wouldn't turn one down oh and crash i think i know who bought it
