Latest news about OCH.... Kottawa Interchange will be finished by 3 months soonest. and temporary toll gate will not be used and permanent gates will be effective. Largest, toll gate in Sri Lanka. 13 gates for in and out for traffic.....bad number hung... All traffic comes from Galle direction should exit from the toll gate, operation will be exactly as Pinnaduwa IC. (All traffic must exit) Remaining will be completed mid of 2013 but will go until end of 2013. Temporary Interchange (rater toll gates) will be in Kaduwela-Malambe road until the work on Kaduwela permenent IC will be completed. Kaduwela IC will be either side of the Kalani river and it is under construction by another contractor who is doing the section of Kaduwela-Kadawatha.

I am not a RDA guy, but there are some connections. I also got to know it from here itself. However, I should tell you friends, there is no such decision is taken yet to name the OCH as someone's name. Still searching why wikipedia got such details on it. Will inform you further detail later.

Hey Man, I don't blame you. You are referring correct source of data, but those are outdated. Those are government's information sources, not updating frequently. A policy decision has been taken to construct the OCH for 100 km/hr. Now working are ongoing with that decision. you will be experienced it once it is opened in next year (most probably) Thanks for the patient

YES... this is the way you can avoid such request from your close friends/relatives. If I tell you about my current position... I obtained a couple of millions loan from a private bank even my name appears in the CRIB. In fact, we found that my Name in the CRIB while we make application to that loan. Trick is that you should have very close relationship with the bank (specially branch of the bank including manager and support key ppl). I had to submit a letter that included explanation about the situation why my name appears in the CRIB, my financial back ground, job situation and my professional achievements. Friends, Please be careful when you get exit turn in Kottawa IC, it is a sharp 90 degree curve (temporary one rather). Almost one accident per day here. Obey signages erected withing 2km to Kottawa IC.

Yes, construction of Kottawa Interchange is belong to the OCH (Outer Circular Highway), which is being done by a Chineese contractor. A temporary gate has been completed to facilitate the opening and commissioning of the Southern Expressway (E01) until the OCH work is completed. Heard that couple of hundreds of million spent for this temporary facilities.

Additionally, it was found that the Central Bank may have identified this financial institution as an illeagal (or problematic like GoldenKey)company , which seems to be no longer available or name may have been changed. Earlier the name of that institution was "Industrial Financial Ltd". If the situ is like that there is no way to settle any outstanding, isn't it? 2. What if borrower did not attend for any court case 3. Also guarantor didn't receive any notification from the court, then how to follow up? 4. In reallity how can guarantor force the borrower to settle the outstanding if he/her has enough money? 5. Can gaurantor take leagal action against borrower being fail to settle said case? Hope this discussion will convey good massage to others to avoid singing as gaurantees.

Mr. Y fail to pay installments neatly then the vehicle is taken back by the leasing company and they do re-sale it. Any outstanding or differece of financial settlement should be paid by Mr. Y. A metal underpass structure was collapsed in Japanese Contractor's section in Poddala killing a boy. They have re-done it using concrete and now the location is fully completed. see the location present situation
