    Vios Or Fit Area?

whats the average fuel consumption of a Vios? Fit Aria is better on fuel than Vios i suppose. Vios's maintainance would be cheaper. Typically any toyota crap can be sold with a minimum of 10 - 20% margin in Srilanka . and last year we sold out a Fit Aria without any loss after been used for 3 years. 2007 to 2010.
  3. So true.i was expecting this sort of thread would come up. i stopped posting couple of months back since the way its going does not fit to my books. i know i have not been posting much ever since i joined. but i have been reading a lot and learned many things. the way some of the recently joined members act is quite rediculous.so better of keeping my ass off. i think every one should be more respectful at each other more than they do.
  4. ok i admit my offence. i didn't mean to be sarcastic there just wanted to add some humour. well i was wrong now i realized. and am sorry for that.my apologies @ Jdnet. @ The stig who has been more sarcastic actually asking about a strain on a wheel?? any body can understand that its just a spelling mistake. @ nexus i should tell you am not here to earn reputation. positive or negative i don't care a damn about it. i have been in forum from 2008 and learned a lot out of it reading the posts. i dont reply much cz i know there are experts here than me to reply the posts.whenever a post come up relevant to my knowledge i do reply.
  5. the forum turns in to an english class it seems
  6. Cheerzzz guys!!! am going all 3 days!!! there was a shortage of tickets at RC union. all were sold out and i bought mine from Thomian OB on Monday.
  7. by this time he might have sold off the premio too mate
  8. brother dont take this to a too much personal level.about the fuel consumption he was referring to an advertisement in autolanka there they had mentioned that 50kmpl..he might have his own weaknesses and even you and me non of us are perfect.. these kind of threads would create a negative image on the eyes of other people who visit the forum.no personal offense at anyone. peace!
  9. personally i like FIT..considering the given comments Demio seems a good one too.by the way mashi if you can offer for the new FIT it would be the best choice i suppose. choose one of F or D.both are good. toss a coin otherwise
  10. whats the fuel consumption of demio??
  11. check your PM bro
  12. @ MANJULA : yeah bro it gives value for your money. smart ride and it's the most efficient on fuel amongst the other choices in its range i think. yeah all FIT ARIAs come with CVT transmission. 1.5 ones come with VTEC motor and 1.3 ones come with IDSI engine. we had the latter one. which did 12/13 kmpl in colombo and 16/17 above outstation.VTEC would be more fun to drive. also i have seen similar model HONDA CITYs with manual transmission. never driven one though.
  13. yes indeed a good car in my angle bro.good or bad will depend on your expectations out of it. if you are more focussed towards economical car for daily use.yes you are behind the correct ride!! we owned one for 3 years.so i'd be able to help you regarding this.
  14. agreed bro!! welcome to the family!!
  15. you are welcome bro. not really. the only issue we had was some ABS problem. that was also fixed easily by St*ff*rd guys. smart ride i would say..
  16. you mean helicopters? Rs 3500 upwards bro. am looking for a 4 channel one. it costs 7000. trying to get it down cheaper.
  17. .
  18. fit aria is the Japanese domestic model.yet both city and aria are assembled in Thailand. fit aria has rear adjustable headrests. we owned a fitaria for 3 years. didn't get any sort of major issue.very efficient on fuel. it did 12/13 kmpl in city limits and 16km above per liter outstation (according to the fuel efficiency indicator)
  19. automatic vios sucks..manual one could be much better..but if you like city/ fit aria i hope it would be a better choice than vios. if fuel consumption is your major expectation you will not regret with FIT!

  23. It's a b**** walking up and down and I used to see people with little marutis just struggling to get up it. lol.One guy almost hit my car when he started rolling down the hill. i was also going to experience the same when i parked there to attend cima exam in SLECC..maruti fellow was coming down,i quickly reversed back and somehow managed to aviod hitting on mine..luckily i was at the start of the hill
  24. well as i see you can get done all the general day to day maintainances in kandy it self. he is not talking about a Porsche boxster its a Honda fit aria. there are no such complicated things to be done. But make sure that you do the CVT fluid change on time. if you get any major repair you can come to agents. but its a reliable car..wont give you such issues buddy
  25. OF COURSE YOU CAN BRO! go for it!! The very 1st reply has given you the places.so try them out
