@ NRX - thanks. Requirement is - I work outstation & the fully charged battery is dead after 5- 6 days, each week. The question here is not to discuss what the TCK principal should have done or not done [it'll be discussed later]- but why should Trinity be deprived of a title - for NO FAULT OF THEIRS?. To incorporate & accommodate the rules into the final ruling - it would have been only FAIR to make TCK a joint champion. Anyway this is my opinion of the matter. Regarding the TCK principal sitting on the board - at first glance it looks unethical. However according to the link I've posted above, he has said:- 1. I am the chairman of the tournament committee and sit in the discipline committee too. I automatically sit in the table because of the positions I hold; 2. I'm not sure why it had been welded. I too had to do 02 similar repairs and they had done it without welding. [AFAIK] IMO - you'll be able get what you spent & also as a deterrent to the above establishment - if you complain to the consumer protection authority.

I too think it would have been well over 100. I'm not sure as to how the mechanism works --but I have a question -- as the speedo works by cable, how come the needle didn't return to zero? I can imagine a clock stopping on impact -- but when there is no force/tension, on the opposite end - shouldn't it return to zero?

Did anyone notice him nudging/hitting Aravinda Premadasa-- just before the left hand bend @ Sigiriya --whilst overtaking premadasa to take 02nd place? [After that aravinda P. was not seen participating. Showed him & the end near his stalled car.] My question is :- If there is a protest & he is found at fault, then Pasindu will be suspended for 6 months+ a penalty for the latest incident? If so -- only he is to be blamed, for 'his style' of driving. Although - its not relevant to this topic --IMO - I thought that Pasindu actually drove well that day - in the 1st SL GT & other races as well. However [again IMO] there is a fine line between a brilliant driver & a driver who doesn't care about the rules & other competitors. DD won because he kept a cool head & perfect race lines.

Saw it -- but i dont think its illegal to reduce the mileage or even advertise.[its cheeky - no doubt ] From what I heard from an importer, even the Jaai cert is forged/re-produced in S.L. And -according to him- apart from the vehicles which had met with accidents, all other Jaai certs are false, as the meter is altered in every vehicle! I'll leave it to the experts here to verify this.
