You guys are car legends! The car is a Chrysler Ypsilon After I have noticed the car, I have followed the car for a few K’s to find the wired looking model.
-
Jesus, you are in the right direction.

With that invitation, I will post this. This car I have only seen here in New Zealand for the period I am here. This car is from a major manufacturer (not a Chinese) If you guess this car, you will definitely deserve a gift.

Dealers' support is not bad because the public voice is powerful and everything is protected by a consumer guarantee. But I have heard in some places the dealer was trying to put some “agreements” into the picture. Now more nightmares rather than building dreams for the owners purchased cars from the 1st few batches.

We being using the Brand new purchased Atto3 for last 1.5 years and currently it’s back to the dealer as the drivers display bugged. lol They are a bit of a s*it boxes The owners who bought the 1st few batches to save a few thousand $ are suffering a lot and latest being the rust issue.

That's a great clue for Citroen CX, one of my mate's father has had one, he said he got it from the Mahawali project. It was running at some point early 2000’s and later heard it was parked at home but lost contact since. I heard it was super comfortable. Regards, JC

This is spot on! @iRage Just wanted to share my experience as an owner of this same model in LWB, one of my mates had about 15 years ago in SL which I drove a lot. Both had the 4JB1 IC engine, and they both pulled like a horse train, the engine is reliable and spare parts were cheap compared to LC and Pajero from the same era. Rust was an issue, especially on the chassis rails. It was common to crack the chassis (UBS55 model) next to the power steering box. I remember my mates in Bighorn suffered the same and the shop we have sent for repair in Nugegoda has had many suffer the same. I believe the short wheel 31 Sri is the earliest model that originally came with the 2.2 diesel engines and round headlights with a retro look. regards, JC

Best reliable 4WD Truck or Ute in auto

It will be sea cargo, I should have mentioned that. Each battery is about 18000 LKR so for two it will be below 40k and on the island one of the batteies would cost more than that. Don't want to take a risk, so I won't include batteries. The batteries tested over 70% each so no need to replace them immediately. -

Planning to send a box full of parts for the Prado. Does anyone of you know if would be able to send an Automotive Battery to Sri Lanka?? Prices for them are cheap as chips in here but it cost an arm and a leg on the island. -

Dad told them to take the lights and horns out before pick up. Next week's preventive maintenance list: Alternator and starter motor service Replace the Radiator, Water pump and Thermostat with new coolant Lower ball joint replacement Genuine heater plug replacement. The truck is on 17” wheels with 3” lift kit which we might put back to the original springs and wheels, depending on how good the lift job is. Cheers, JC -

Latest on this. Dad has found another truck and he settled on it, hopefully picking up today. It wasn't his choice because it was ruined by someone at some point by adding non functional stuff (Blue & Red lights used by police, non functional VHF Arial, siren horn. Since they all cosmetic he is decided to go ahade with it finally. Not sure why all of them installed on a 25 year old truck by the previs owner. lol I'll post some pictures later and thank you all for your support on this. -

It is surprising to hear but they may have seen the cases, therefore they raised concerns about G numbers with missing tax papers. On the other hand this is another opportunity for them to exchange some papers to notes lol -

Update: RMV is requesting hard copies to update their system as they seem to think they haven't seen them before for this specific vehicle therefore the status in their system is “Unknown” Previous Finance company said they handed in the documents, but the Insurance said they have no details about tax papers. RMV is like G numbers that have been issued to all sorts of vehicles including tractors in the early days of the new number system and there used to be a lot of 2 wheels converted to 3 wheels and maybe 2 to 4. I am not sure people should laugh or cry -

Thank you Bro for your reply. Do you mean to say the finance company keeps a copy of the tax papers?? -

Dad has set his mind on the truck due to the condition compared to other truck he checked, so he is hassling his contacts at the RMV to check all the documents from A to Z As long as he is able to transfer the vehicle to his name without the hard copies, I am sure he won't bother reselling this. Anyhow, I still don't get this whole hard copy concept in SL Here is how it's showing under the system. -

I would totally agree with you. People should trust the system rather than the papers. My other point is, how long you are going to carry the paper receipt??? Don't get me wrong, I think Dad spoke with some senior officer from RMV. The current owner bought it like this and they are being told the finance company lost them. Dad actually pulled the plug at the last second just before transferring the payments. My question is do those tax receipts really need anything now?? -

Dad gave a miss to a good one due to Missing tax papers (Luxury Tax) they all on the RMV system but the RMV said paper copies are handy to have because they are not sure if the records on their system are true. lol -

Dad is actively looking for ads 120 series is clearly out of his budget range. One or two he did try to negotiate but he wasn't able to convince the owners. He has sort of set his mind on Pre face lift D22 that he is going to check and the KZJ95 His only worry is the fuel consumption figures on Prado, because my parents do a bit of travelling and might cost them way more than they expected. -
