If you need to import don't use a courier service( DHL, UPS) , if you used a courier service the item will be detained at the cargo company's customs, use a postal service combined with Sri Lanka's postal service(Royal Mail UK) then it will come to Postal customs, it's easier to get it released.... and if you deal it well, tax also will also be low...
