I would like to know how possible it is to bring down an engine from UK. Infact my Uncle is in UK and he is to buy the engine for me. But I'm curious about how could I just get it down here in Sri Lanka. Please shed some light on how this is possible and what are regulations as of today in Sri Lanka opposed to this.
I'm looking at a Mercedez W124 Diesel Engine.
I got to see a thread about bringing down a Volvo Engine which said to de done by the Involvement of The Don in here. From the point of purchase, I need to know everything precisely on how to get everything done to sea freight or air freight this.
