I have Nissan Sunny FB15 Make 2001 Manual gear car (1500 CC) & it does 10 to 12 Km per liter within the city limits with AC, & some when I go Kandy or Kegalle my car does 13 to 14 per liter with AC. I think, FB15 can do this level fuel consumption, if your tyre air pressure is front 28~30 and Rear 30. If not, also FB15 don't do this consumption. Coz, one time, my car tyre pressure low and car don't do more than 8 to 9 Km per liter. When I check the problem, I got my tyre pressure is not in needed pressure.

Brand new or 2nd hand ok with me. Which specification must have to suit for my FB-15?

Let me know, which alloy wheels are best for my FB-15? I have 175/70/14 tyre sizes. Where can I buy alloys for cheap rates?

Only thing is having government get Rs.500 ~ 2000 for each vehicle @ Sri Lanka & people will have to waste time & money for this useless thing.

If I use alloy wheel set for Nissan FB-15 (Alloy Wheel Tyre size also same as normal tyre size 175/70/14). Can i get more fuel efficiency than normal wheels? Where can i buy good alloy wheel set? Price? Thanks.

Better to go for Nissan FB-15, Manual, Super Saloon car. DONT buy automatic gear car. My FB-15 (manual gear) do 10 to 12 Km per liter, when i drive within city limits. (Biyagama to National Hospital (177 route) (I think u knw abt traffic @ 177) / (National Hospital to NITESL Kadawala) (Via Nugegoda, Aththidiya or Via Galle Rd) I do near 150 Km daily by my FB-15. FB-15 is comfortable and also u can sell it after 5 yrs with good price.

Go for the A*W immediately. They will check about your problem. If you can, go early morning on Saturday. It's the best day to do something with clear @ A*W.

Buy FB-15. Its a really good car. I own it since 2004. But remember you can go ONLY 10 to 12 Km per liter within Colombo and ALSO you can go 12 to 15 Km per liter, if you are going outstations. Also remember, this is valid ONLY for MANUAL GEAR.

I own a Nissan FB 15 for abt 4 yr's nw. Car is very comfortable. You dont feel tired. Sensors are very good. But, u must protect them by water. Fuel efficiency, my car work over 12Km ~ 15km per liter in outstation. But it is 10Km ~ 12km per liter in Colombo depending on the traffic and our driving styles. PLEASE NOTE :- My car is Manual gear. Auto gear is NOT gives you this fuel efficiency. Also, auto gear is cant control like manual.

Yes brother, You got that. I am VERY happy with my FB-15. Its do 10Km to 12Km around Colombo. But, ONLY problem is, these days, I drive it more than 150 Km per day. So, more I drive, MORE i need to feed it with PERTOL Its the problem. So, I need to go for another vehicle, which is NOT drink fuel like this. You know price of petrol (also diesel?) I am fed up by fuel up my FB-15. Coz, these days I need my car very much. But, I can not feed it like this (10Km ~ 12Km by one liter). Bcoz, u know, our government gives petrol for low cost?? So, I think, I need another car or van, with LOW Fuel Consumption. So, PLEASE advice me, which one is the best for me? At least, it must can go 20Km (Or 18Km) by one liter. So, which one is the best? Y'day, i went to the Nissan workshop @ Paliyagoda and buy a new Air Flow Sensor from them. Also, i fixed it by their technician. It will cost me around Rs 1200 for labour charge and Rs 12000 for the sensor. They told me "Leda godak". They told me come on next Satday to tune my car. And also, need to replace front razors and more......

Thanks 4 ur info. 2day, i met Mr. Chaminda. He is a good guy. He understand my problem. But, he hadnt that "5 pin air flow sensor" to check my car. So, he promise 2 me, that, within 2 or 3 days, he will search it and call 2 me. Again, thank u very much.

Hay, i was repaired my car. When its connected to computer, it says, ABS, Air flow problems. When i check, Air flow sensor wires are damaged. Anyway, can you tell me, why do you DONT like FB-15? Its a really nice car man. Dont you drive it? I like my FB-15 a lot. Thanks Bro.

Yes brother, Yesterday i talked with A*W. They will cost for diagonise around Rs 1500 - 1700. But, ONLY poblem is, i am afraid to drive my vehicle from biyagama to colombo. Also, i am advice you, DONT put ur FB-15 to flood. Its air cleaner hose is different than N-16.

Thanks Devinda macho, My car stuck on the flood and i repair it fully. But, my basunnahe cant understand, why this indicator is always on and that problem happening @ 2200 rpm. I am afraid to move car from my place to garage, because of this problem. I think, this break down service is costly. These days... I am going by rim. U know. So, need to repair this with low cost. I have Nissan FB-15 car. When my car starts, engine indicator is not off. Its always on. Also, if i throttle my engine to near 2200 rpm, its try to stop or something like that. I checked air flow sensor also. That sensor is ok. Anyway, now i need to know, what is this problem? Who can repair this problem?
