Great event to bring some smile to those kids. They just loved the Minis. Everything went fine. Hats-off to Mighty Mini Club for organizing this worthy event. New AL post feature I’ve noticed this new feature when reading a post…. I find it quite uneasy to continue reading a thread. Is there a way to disable this feature?

Yes.... You should have NEO heads in your FB15, Lean burn is combustion of air:fuel at very high ratios... to my knowledge NEO engine in the FB15 got the lean burning mechanism as well and most of the newer cars today got this system to provide better performance, to increase the fuel efficiency and to be environmentally friendly with low exhaust emission .

Black.... It’s better for your ride.... If your colour is darker (like blackish red) then the Gold rims would suit. Your Red & Black would be too much pimped... (my Opinion) Btw... The too cars in the pics are not the same.... right??? different body kits, fin & Spoiler. It’s much easier to decide if you Photoshop the same photo with same alloy in two different colours.

Very disappointed... nothing much to talk abt other than our Dims and very few other rides and stalls. Quite a drop from the last time. Last time Formula+ (I think) motor show was much better with some eye-popping classic cars and others. How came I missed Porksters ride. Somebody got any pics??? BTW I need Mikes contact no. I wanna ask where he got the angel eyes for the Lucino. Need to get a pair. Plz post the contact no if someone has that. Thanks in advance.

I definitely would prefer CVT than A/T because of the seamless gear change and much more responsive than the A/T. Have driven M/T, A/T, and the current Multitronic CVT, out of those my list goes as; 1. Multitronic - Weekend, Outstation or night driving... just switch to Manual mode.... there you go.... CVT Auto mode in week day driving in painful Colombo traffic (responsive as well as no hassle in changing gears every two seconds. 2. M/T - Quick response for quick overtaking... always love the feeling... 3. A/T - If there's no other choice.... but might consider if the car has a very powerful engine.

I’m sorry.... I’ll withdraw my suggestion of banning Nilantha, I just couldn’t realize that this world couldn’t be a fun place without all sort of people. We need to have some nut cases also to pump our blood circulation high once in a while.... Just it’s the way Nilantha write his comments. True enough, I’m a Nissan fan BUT not a blind follower. There are so many better brands than Nissan & there are so many better models in each category. But if you collectively say One brand is not good, that shows how educated he is on the subject. Nissans have very good models, as well as not so good ones, so does Toyota, Honda, Subaru.... list goes on.... So if you have a model like R1 in Subaru, can someone complain Subaru is crap? It’s just that brand is crap. If some one talks with some sense, he should understand to respect others views as well.... I’ll rest my case here.... No pun intended for any nut cases in writing this....

I would say either IST or the VIOS, considering your budget, & every thing. Out of those two, I like the styling of the IST. But you have a big family to cart.... So may be Vios in that case. Can’t much complain on the Vios running conditions for what you pay.

Yesterday after I turned from Main road (Havelock Rd.) to my office (waited till the incoming traffic to clear), a cop came to my office parking lot and asked me “do you know why there’s a roundabout?” I was wondering what’s going on and asked him “why are you asking that question” he repeated the same question... I somewhat got pissed off and said I’m not bound to answer his questions. Then he asked for my DL. I firmly said NO, until you tell me what’s the offence, He got down my vehicle no and the saw him checking the rev. licence no. At that point I was really pissed off and said to my security guard hereafter don’t allow any of these bustards to park in our parking lot... not even when it’s raining. Some times they used to park their cop bikes in our parking lot, when they’re on duty, or off for a snack or something. He was then coming to explain the situ. I said to get out of my office area and do whatever he can. Then the regular senior police officer (who is a gentleman and with commonsense) came to the scene and asked him what happened. And told the other cop to let it go, and spoke to me in a nice manner and told me not to take it serious. I mean some cops are really dumb, all these trishaw & Bus drivers do what ever at their will. And these buggers just keep quite, and when we do something, they make it a big scene, just to take a bribe. On the topic of the cops at traffic lights.... Some are really helping the traffic to ease, but some dumb cops make the situation worsen and run around like their a*s is on fire. So it’s the individual I guess. And these lady traffic cops mostly really dumb, sometimes they just jump on to the incoming traffic near yellow crossings and ask you to stop (Mostly in Galle Rd from Col 04 to Col 03). One day one of them might get killed run over by a vehicle, or could cause an accident. These cops should really get their commonsense sorted out first. Be practical and use their brains in situations. SOME cops are really good at what they’re doing.... but most of them are NOT.

Oh.... my gosh... What an Yes point proven... And also after I bought the Nissan, I had to do regular services.... Changed CVT, E-oil, & had to pump fuel, Ohhhhh.... and yesterday I had to pump air to one of my tyres, it was on 26. This Nissans are giving so much trouble. Sh*t I should have bought a maintenance free Toyota...

When I want to change my shocks I though I could find a stiffer one. Looks like have to get it down. How do you really feel the softer (Thinking that you had stiffer earlier) in handling and cornering??? Will there be a considerable difference, if I also go for softer? ------------------------------------- Hey Nilantha.... Have seen few on the roads. Rear looks good, Front not really to my liking. Bit of a PT look a like. BUT from that gorgeous Beemer to a Ssanyong???? @ Peri.... So you let this go....

Other than Rodius, Multipla and Sedona, I think others are not that ugly. I always liked the designs of Rover & PT. Maybach & Magna has their own class. Scorpio, Liana and Rio designs are not bad at all, there are so many worse looking cars running in UK roads.
