umm... 3.5km/l is not THAT bad for 5.0 liters and 245BHP, pulling nearly two tons of style is it GTAm? I know a certain Nissan 3.0 V6 that can do that if pushed...... thats a Lovely car by the way, is it the only one here? i think i have seen this on the road at least once.. absolutely fantastic

@ Devinda_z, u were sayin bro? seriously though machan, Landy's are incredible vehicles with a Ton of "Character" (not always the desirable sort, but character nonetheless....) but let's face it..... character or not, the 'cruisers have got ANY of 'em beaten hands down for dependability... proven the world over..... can't argue that nuh? Actually bro, this thing was first shown as a concept in the early 90's...... 92 or 94 i'm not sure.... so it's fairly long in the tooth...... Pretty umm..... well...... Grotesque don't ya think? I'm a COMMITTED toyota off-road enthusiast, but this thing is just Too OTT...... Makes Range Rovers Look like Sensible buys eh? IMHO thats a job best left to hummer.....

True that, for true design freedom, you really do need to have a Mid Engine.... not that this is a guarantee of beauty mind you, you only have to look at cars like the new Bugattis (EB110 and, i'm sorry to say, Veyron) to understand that..... but on the flipside of the coin you have cars like the Dino 246GT (by Ferrari) and the Lamborghini Miura, to remind us JUST how gorgeous a car can be.....

Love the front intake cover (put one on yours ) but IMHO (and this is just my view) the Alloys don't suit the car, and that wing just looks Daft...... and honestly m8, STICKERS???? i mean come on........

Theres a 205 GTI in colombo.... Blue with white stripes.... Saw it once at the Crescat car park..... had all the correct cues, Badges, Alloys etc... 14 Sri Number if i remember correctly, this was about 2 years back...Harshana, is this the one being raced?

Even for a Certified Nutter like myself, I'd have to admit that the 110 Corolla/Sprinter is a very decent piece of kit..... especially if economy and reliability is top priority.. Example, a cpl of years back my family had an AE110 Sprinter SE Vintage (Recon, HD Reg), and a ES8 Civic Exi (B-New, HJ Reg)..... both were 1.5 automatic. while the civic was bigger and marginally more comfortable, the Toyota beat it hands down for economy.... The civic could only manage 6.5km/l in town and about 10 out, where the toyota easily did 11 in town, and neared 15, when out...... it moved fairly quickly as well.... space at the back was a bit restricted when tall people were in front though overall, i'd say a very good choice in this situation.

dude, the glue issue is unique to MY car..... because it was parked for 6 months in an impound yard (IN THE SUN)!!!! like i said, it's deffa not a car for everybody, but it IS a cut above the jap norm..... and also, if he finds a low mile, well maintained examole (which mine most definitely is NOT), he should be fine.....
