Gosh, People are so against europian cars. Although my 206 does ~ 7-8 i can forgive that because a Jap car (In it's league) can never give me that smooth ride,handling and character. I used to have a Mini, i would say repairs most likely cost about the same. You just have to avoid agents in most cases and walk a little in Panchikawatta. IMO the best 7 series is the one that came in the movie "Transporter"

Regarding the gear oil change in around 30k is there a oil filter in the gearbox? To change the oil inside the torque converter do you have the take the whole thing apart? I mean is the torque converter built into the gearbox? Thanks in advance

Gear changes at ~ 2500rpm if your good with the accelerator. Its a 5 forward. Its a standard 206. not a SW so 7-8 is normal on a Auto? If its normal i can be in piece. Otherwise please tell me what to do. Thanks

Hi Guys, i recently invested on a 2002 Peugeot 206 1.4L Automatic. full servised and changed all 4 plugs with NGK. i get about 7-8kms to the litre (95 octant) in the city. Is it normal? i thought it should do at least about 9. Went outstation and it did about 11.

That is 2009, i dont think it will fit the 2011 model. Anyway i tried ebay and im sure there will be taxes and all. Would preffer to get it locally.

Hey guys, we have a 2011 Fiesta. The model you get here does not come with fogs although the switch and the fittings holes are there. Future automobiles has told my dad to that they dont bring them down and to get it from Singapore or bankok. Any idea where i can find a pair in SL? Thanks in advance.

Hi All, Ok, I'm parting with my MINI to basically go in for a bigger more confortable car. I can't afford to keep it as a second car ... Alright, after parting with it i will have a budget of ~12-13Lks. The ones i have in mind are a 1999 Impreza Hatchback, 1990-1993 Merc 190E, 1999/2000 Peugeot 206. I might even consider a 2006 or above Paradua Kelissa, However the asking prices for these are riduclous (Viva Elite brand new is ~ 16lks.) Any thoghts? Maintainence, second hand value etc.
