its not DIY, thats a criminal offence. but i would still do it though if i had full insurance previous owner has insured for 3rd party only besides its a two door Daihatsu Mira 2001. i think finding a replacement shutter would be a real challenge.

Hi All, there are some deep scratches on the driver side shutter glass (due to a messed up beading) previous owner has locked the key in and "broken in" to the car by removing the shutter beading and unlocking by some means. i replaced the beading with brand new ones so now they don't scratch the glass anymore but i need to get rid of the one's that are there... where and how can i get it sorted ? pls help... and is there a way that i can do it my self.

can anyone suggest a reliable place to get a cold air intake fitted for my Dihatsu Mira L700.? and if possible please let me know the approximate cost as well.. thanks in advance.

its a wheel from an ALTO i think this cars original tires where a bigger size.. is that the reason then?

Hi All, My Daihatsu Mira L700 is having a harsh ride. even feel the smallest of potholes on the road. can anyone give suggestions to improve the situation a picture of the model is below (not my ride but the same model make) i tested the shocks with a computerized wheel alignment joint in hydepark and the results were ok. is it the tires? or any other way that i could make things quieter and smoother?

its a JM-XXXX and the thing looks neat from the outside and inside so i thought its worth and its a 2001 model.

dont know if its a bargain but i bought it for 890k only time will tell as long as it doesnt give trouble its worth for that price i think

i am worried about the clutch as well.. do you think it would be a concern? if the previous owners havnt replaced it then i am at a high risk of a break down right? BTW does anyone know a good place to buy reliable parts for a Daihatsu mira? this is the same car as the perodua kelisa with a minor changes. if anyone could shed some more light on to this appreciate it. and thanks Charitha.

What are the things that i have to change on my newly bought used car? Hi all, Just got registered to AL. i have been following the forums for a while though. i bought my first car last sunday. Description of the car Make/Model - Daihatsu Mira (L700) has done 150,000KM on the meter. 650CC engine (dont know if its carb or EFI) Automatic Gearbox Absolutely no services history. but the car has not been in any major accidents. So i need your advices on what i need to change and check for and possibly improve life and performance and fuel economy. Thanks in advance!
