Hey... I own a Mistsubishi 4DR5 jeep which is registered as a heavy vehicle [40-xxxx] & I am in the need of re-registering this jeep to a dual purpose vehicle. I want to know the legal issues regarding this matter...! Any suggestions about the ongoing rules & regulations?????
