  1. Found this on gumtree (Australian classified site). However, the seller is in Queensland, Australia and seem to deal with 70s Celica parts. http://www.gumtree.com.au/s-ad/ferny-grove/auto-body-parts/celica-71-73-ta22-thin-lipped-rear-quarters-vgc-very-little-rust/1019491484

  3. Within Japan there are different Toyota dealarship companies. The "RAV4 J" and "RAV4 L" were made to be sold by different dealerships. They are basically the same except for slight difference in the front grill. 5 door model has a V after the model name e.g- "RAV4 J V", "RAV4 L V" SXA11G is the 5 door RAV4 with 3S-FE petrol 2000cc engine. All wheel drive. SXA11W is the 5 door RAV4 with 3S-GE petrol 2000cc engine. All wheel drive. This known as "Type G" model it is supposed to be slighltly more powerfull than the 3S-FE engine. You neeed to use high octane rated petrol for 3S-GE vehicle. This model also has factory fitted fender flares with slightly wider tyres. This model was sold only in Japan. I have seen few of these in Sri Lanka. First generation RAV4 were sold between 1994 and 2000, have SXA model numbers. There was a minor model change between 1997/1998. Vehicles after this model change came with crystal lights with coloured plastic body parts (bumpers etc..). They were slighlty more fuel efficient. In additon, front wheel drive models were introduced after 1997, SXA16G(5 door,2WD,3S-FE). Information given above applies to first generation RAV4's sold in Japan (imported from Japan). RAV4 is not in the same class of vehicles as Prado or Montero. RAV4 is meant to be a soft roader, smaller in size with a smaller engine. Therefore, it is cheaper and economical to run than Prado or Montero.
