Sorry for very late reply NuwanZ. I have a Rexton W manufactured in 2016 & she is very reliable. I drove more than 8000 km after purchasing in last March. We traveled to Jaffna recently without any issue. It's very comfirtable & always assured by the passengers. It is my daily runner too. Fuel consumption is not similar to Santa Fe but she has been returned 13.2 km/l avarage after Jaffna tour. Rexton W returns 8-9 km/l in city driving. 2.0L turbo intercooler engine provides good torque & pulling power with 6 pax. & full load. Being a rear wheel drive vehicle, Rexton is under steering in cornering. Compairing current vehicle market prices it's really worth to own one & I'm happy to live with her. Spare parts are available at specialised garages around Kadawatha , Hokandara and Pannipitiya areas other than Micro. Maintanance cost is matched with other simlar SUVs. It's not same like maintaining a small car. I use super diesel as recomended by Micro.

Consumption -Auto with A/C in city- 7 Km/l, outstation- 11 Km/l. Parts are available at Ajantha Motors, Pachikawatte and Delkanda, Korean Auto International, Darly Road and Nishani Motors-Polhengoda. Durability vise; Head Lights inside are tend to deteriorate and inside door handles are tend to break easily. Ground Clearance may not sufficient for Sri Lankan road condition. Dear all, Look at the 2 attachments of recently bought Carina CT 210 car (1997 model) fuse box location and arrangement. But i could not recognize them individually, since the detailed fuse sticker (Item and Amperage) is not available there anymore. Could one of Carina owner enlighten me on this matter? Posting a photo of detailed sticker is highly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

I'm not an expert of diesel vehicles. But followings may help. 1. have you tried to adjust tappets, changing of worn out belts, bearings, water pump and cleaning the injectors ? Or any loose wiring harnesses, adjusters, adjustment screws near by running belts? 2. if it's a some sort of blasting noise, can be a leaking exhaust pipe. Tks.

Chamara, No need of Previous owners signature in MTA 8 form to transfer a car. Not necessary to be a one set of forms Including MTA 6 & MTA 8 together, when you r producing to the RMV. Since you haven't received a copy of MTA 8 form previous owner collect new set of vehicle transfer form from AGA Office or some where and then detach MTA 8 part and fill by your self. Then produce the filled MTA 8 by yourself and MTA 6 forms received form previous owner (with his signature and other details) to the RMV . Most importantly can find a newer car with reasonable price tag. Hatchbacks are comparatively rare, but can. Try to find a 323 model, coz it's slightly cheaper than Familia. Anyway everything depends on actual condition of the car, even it's specifications are the best! Good luck!
