I don't think it is possible at the moment. As I saw in news couple of months back, English numbers are issued for for the series 18-,19-,300-,301-,302- and 64-,65- only, at a cost of Rs:25000/-.
Appologies! Here is the link again.

Just posted FYI. Decision is yours. As I mentioned earlier, I have no experience with this service.
Machan there is another less-popular option DPJH SatGuide [http://www.facebook.com/gatewaytosrilanka/app_128953167177144]
I have not used it; does not even know someone using it. So no idea about the performance. But their ad looks impressive.
Dialog iBuy is offering a 10% discount too. [https://www.ibuy.lk/Default.aspx?pageid=itemdetails&itcode=TabzT00015&ofid=-1]
I believe this procedure has to be followed to avoid shorting + terminal with the chassy, while trying to remove the nuts with metal tools. A good practice even for an old vehicle which almost has negligible amount of electronics.
On the real issue, I also think it is something else went wrong as JDNet suggested. A***Mi*** seems to have done a really good diagnostic it seems
I also had a similar issue; an intermittent misfiring occurring specially when driving at high speeds. Changed fuel & air filters and cleaned the plugs; the problem solved.
Thanks for the info Crosswind.
One big reason I am trying on this model is its impressive ground clearance compared to other models in the same price range.
That's because I have no experience with them so far...
What do you really want to mean?
The ans. is YES. That's why I asked for some ADVICE from anyone who has prior experience with this model.
Hello All,
I am planning to buy a Ford Festiva car. Found a 19-xxxx one (year 1993) and the owner is asking for 600k.
It has some rust in passenger side floor board, near the battery and in door edges. The owner says he has repaired the alternator, brake servo and AC cooling fan recently.
What are your experience with this mode? Is it economical to run? Are spare parts available?
I was in the same boat as your friend bearing the same belief until I got to know how Hyundais and Kias are recognized in other countries. After selling the old Nissan I had, did a thorough search on Korean vehicles, specially cars. Now I own a Hyundai car and I'm much delighted with it. It seems to have very well designed and constructed. Of course Japs have more advance particulars in some contexts but you get the best value for your investment with a Korean vehicle. Finding spares and doing repairs ... - nothing to worry about these days.
