  1. Here some models you will get as suggestion from experts. mazda bj3p / bj5p toyota AE 100 suzuki swift jeep model Run a search in the forum you'll get more suggestion. If you are going for a JDM sedan then probably it'll be over 10 years old. PS: I'm no expert and I don't own a car but I've been researching lately on forum extensively.
  2. Not with the manipulators around. Couple of years back it was being used by people with power and stocks crashed all time low. Recently last couple of months CSE seems to be doing good again. But god knows for how long.
  3. Yeap it makes sense. Thanks watchman. My father in law too suggesting the same to go for 2nd hand jap vehicle as it'll come in handy as a family vehicle. Alto will not fill that void.
  4. The very same reason why I'm thinking of Alto instead of a 2nd hand Jap vehicle. My budget is around 2Mil but I don't want to pay unreasonable amount to people who is selling their used vehicle. They may have considered the vehicle as an investment and trying to juice out of it for their next car but I do not see that way. Anything that is deteriorate over the time should be valued accordingly. Hard to change Sri Lankan mindset I suppose.
  5. That path may be.. brought me a meh!! Been waiting forever now lolz
  6. Found it on facebook shared by a friend. Hope it'll come in handy for the people here. Not sure how far this is true. Correct me if it's wrong.
  7. No offense but IE is the last browser I'd think of using. Chrome & Firefox FTW.
  8. I think the point is, if public transport is more efficient then most people would take train / bus. But Sri Lankan public transport is terrible and pathetic.
  9. Thanks Don. Appreciate the input.
