honda civics are pretty cheap maybe a eg8 or ek3 pretty easy to maintain or maybe a ae 100 pretty fuel effeicent

you could get a civic eg8 (modified) for around 10 lks to15 lks or a ek3 (stock) for around 13 lks they both have pretty good modifications avaliable.
