hahaaaa This is hilarious , but its true ! Most of the 110s and 15s drove more than 1.5 lakhs Kms.. so its pointless to expect reliability from that kind of cars I think .

Is that Suzuki is indian company ? I thought they have manufacturing facility in India and they are producing Jp designs in India

Reliability I did some research through Internet and came up with Suzuki- A star automobile. I saw some previous threads about Astar's but there arent any recent threads about Suzuki Astar. So anyone using Suzuki Astar auto/manual. What are the figures of km/l ? Maintenance cost ? Any drawbacks ? Thank you in advanced !

Thank you Thank you , Finally I manage to get timing marks and start up engine, but the problem is Diesel injector pump too noisy because of advance I think,and also engine is missing , I checked while runing engine remove disel connection one by one then 4th cylinder is not firing properly.... I dont have anyclue about that...?

thanx for the replies ..I have been away from PC thats why late to reply I rewound field coil of old alternator and fitted it brand new diode plate and assembled it.now its ok charging it with 13.2 volts but at night with headlights when radiator fan on ammeter shows discharging.(going center zero galvanometer to negative side ). I checked that my radiator fan draws 15A.

Gemini jt600 is front wheel drive one

Gemini JT600 with 1.5 non turbo diesel engine. Is that Nissan Pulsar N12 Diesel car?? Because only diesel engine have oil pump with alternator.

​I'm fed up with my Gemini alternator.. I repaired it twice.. now again discharging lamp indicating. When alternator rip apart Field coil fried and diode plate also burnt... So replacing recondition alternator is the best option so I try to find alternator for Gemini.. I search every where but there weren't recondition alternators for Gemini. Does anyone have experience with Gemini alternator..? Does anyone know alternative model for Gemini alternator? Any good place around Colombo to find recondition alternator?

In my car alternator internal regulator is not working properly.. So I decided to put external regulator .I brought 12v a regulator from market , In that regulator has 4 wires called +,F,A,- . After by passing internal regulator I got out 3 wires from alternator thats are 2 wires from field coil and other wire is get from via 3 diodes. 1). Anyone knows what is the meaning of +,F,A,- ( I guess "F" is field) ? 2.) What terminal are we supposed to connect via voltage regulator (positive or negative) ? 3.)If anyone has schematic or something ? thanx
