thats according the way u drive cos if u sqeese 3/4 of the padel then only the secondary part opens then the car drinks,if not if u drive with mild padel then car does the normal milage its all about controlling the accelarator

found original tail lights but its not in good condition so im thinking twice .today shit thing happend i wanted to change the oil plug when im tightning it, the housing splited fortunatly i m having a spare one tomorrow i have to replace it

guys i did a recent modification to the carb i made the secondary jet to open manually(originaly its vaacume operated) and remowed the chocke plate now when u sqeese the throttle its pickups like a turbo and rpm goes above 8000(meter shows only 8000)

check the tyers if its new no problem same thing happend to me when i checked the tyere had a buble cant be the prop shaft if it has a problem when u pickup it gives a clunk sound

i dont think its engine mounts b cos 70kmph u r on some what high rpm i think its u r front tyers , carb low on petrol or dif bearings

and guys when ur selecting a bosch high performance ignition coil be careful there are enough and more counterfit ones the original german coil is blue color and the top is red the aluminium colur is called the prince of darkness cos its manufactured by lucas and branded as bosch http://img194.imageshack.us/img194/9459/p7030086.jpg

yes guys i fixed that temperaraly i have the original lights have to find good lences after that im fitting the original lights

no this is a flat light by friend hit me in the rear when we were racing so the buffers tail lights all gone

Thanks man i wanted to do complete over houl as there were some oil leaks but after removing the engine the bore was good so i replaced the rings and fitted replasing the ovehoul packing set now the engine good as new .the front i wanted look better so i fabricated a new bumper with a scoop .also the original bumpers were corroded is the bumpers and tail lights available in sri lanka cos my tail lights also got damaged now i have fitted sky line tail lights.and i replaced the caburater with 4g32 aisan cos the original solex was a iternal headache .the chaging alsa was bad cos after fitting the a/c (this didnt had original a/c)i replaced the alternater with a new which has a inbuilt regulater

one manufold was in philipnes auther one is in australiya. your right i have a spare engine head i must fabricate a manufold using that .is there a posibilty of modifing the carb to open both chambers together and to make more power

may b but its look like a upali fiat. i also thought about making a manufold allready i m doing a exhuost manufold tricky part is the main water line runs trough the intake manufold and the thermostat also located in this thats why im sceptical about this ,i found a dual carb manufold in e bay but no shipping available here what are ur idias of fitting a turbo to this engine 4g33

its silicon never gets hard like plastic so it wont leak and its very flexible
