Thanks iRage for comment. As you mentioned on Toyota surf there is small space between body and chassis ladder in my D21 pickup. I have changed those rubber mounting before and put new set og mountinf too. What I need to do is put metel plates between those rubber mountings. Actually I have lifted from suspention by adjesting leve springs and front torshion bars

I have a nissan bluebird year 2000 b/w car. The headlight brightness is very low. I have used 90W genuine headlghts. Alternator and battery are 90 amps and working properly. can anyone explain cause for this issue? is there a possibility to corrupt copper wires when electricity transafers long time and the resistance will increase of the wires? If I do the wiring again with thick wires can I solve this matter? Regards Pramuditha

@THE DON, Most nearest reason to convert this double cab is i usualy travel bandarawela and up country areas. most of the time off roads. the biggest problems i faced are low ground clearence and slipping in muddy areas. @CLARK'S SON, As u say actually i have sentimental values of this vehicle past 18 years.

Dear All thanx for your comments. the thing is we personally imported this 2WD one. Still it exists in mint condiotion as a brand new 1.done less than 200000KM yet. I have rarely seen 1994 nissan 2WD in its condition. So i'm little bit greedy to sell it. thats why i tried to convert it 4WD. anyway thanx for your ideas. so i decieded to lift the vehicle from front torsion bar and rear leaf springs. replace 14 inch tires size by 15 or 16 inch 4 wheeler alloys. and do some modifications as a 4WD without converting the machanical parts

@YALA yes its 54- XXXX, but i inspected lot of d21 4 wheelers, but the thing is they all are hacked . when you check 1994 4 wheeler(japan used) its more than 2.5 mn. thats why i thought to convert it. some times i have to face unpredictable machanical problems too.

I have a Nissan 2WD d21 double cab which is manufactured in 1994 and imported brand new. It has a BD25 direct injection engine. I want to know is it possible to set up a 4WD unit. if so what are the parts that should be changed exept front axel, gear box and tires. thanks
