    hi guys, I got a fog lamp kit from china, do we need to remove the buffer altogether to install for lamps? can't find any way to remove current plastic casing and install fog lamps with new casing original casing is like this in the buffer:

    As I remember I have never changed brake oil in my '12 CS3 even at the 40000km service at U**** M****, they even haven't done it, Car is now at 45000km, Please advice.

    I have some more tips regarding this. I used this Relocation kit: https://www.amazon.com/Metra-95-7017B-Double-2002-2007-Mitsubishi/dp/B00WAHKT0W This ISO to Mitsubishi wire harness, then you don't need to cut any wires http://www.ebay.com/itm/191522544916 Radio: https://www.amazon.com/Eonon-GA2154-Multimedia-Bluetooth-Navigation/dp/B01M5FR43M/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1480527041&sr=8-1&keywords=eonon+ga2154 I had to connect Illumination wires of ISO harness and radio harness manually by soldering and covering with heat shrink (Rs:50 per 1m at Pettah) Also I had to connect the ground wire of radio harness to break in wire in the radio to by pass video playback only when vehicle is stopped (specific to radio) There is a place to keep mic in the original car design in the dash panel. just below the tachometer. (like a place to keep speaker, with few opening lines) You can put and paste (GPS antenna with magnet will get simply attached) the GPS antenna in the cylindrical metal tube inside the radio opening I routed USB cabled of the radio to the cabin hole to use USB devices. The tricky part of the modification was relocating the AC panel, I have seen that many people are trying to unplug AC cables at the panel but it is hard and there is a possibility of breaking parts, but you can easily unplug AC cables above the pedals with just a flat screw driver. Unplug AC cables below dashboard just above the clutch in manual cars as below: Then no need to remove AC cables in the panel : Used ISO to MMC wire harness, no more wire cutting: After everything finished:

    if you love to learn about cars you can buy a 1st gen Lancer wagon for around Rs150,000/= Just fix by your self and don't waste too much money other than that

    Also need to know some more info, I have INVECS-II 4AT Sports Transmission in CS3A. What is the interval we have to change ATF oil and which should we use? I saw some where that Lancer uses DiaQueen SP3 Oil.

    original radio seems to have good filtering and power regulating circuit than this chinese one. you also cut the radio jack and connected the wires one by one ne?

    I also got 45Ah battery in CS3A as I remember, It is the factory fitted one (yeah,still on original battery) Let me tell you my experince, Once when I closed the door,it didn't close fully and the cabin light was at "DOOR" position and I didn't notice. usually it will be automattically turned off with timer after closing and locking the door, But as it was not fully closed, the light was ON for unkown time.Guess what, one morning in rush when I tried to start the car there was no display :speechless-smiley-004: Fortunately I have an extra battery and mains cable as spares for jump start :sport-smiley-004: So,Pls repair your alternator as soon as possible and keep you out of missery at a country road in dark night with no way to drive the car.

    I have a CS3 with 4G18 ECI-MULTI + INCECS-II 4AT Sports transmission and in auto mode around 11 kmpl in city with regular 92 petrol, i haven't checked much on manual mode.with 95 octane, the pickup is more smoother

    Thanks a lot for the valuable information Davy. I will give it a try and let you know the results. Here are some information on my adaptor. I can connect to it but not the ECU on torque. According to the terminal results, it seems the BUS (may be CAN BUS ?) can't be initilized in the first place.

    I tried these codes on my CS3A YOM2011 It didn't work any other AT commands if someone used to connect to the ECU using ELM327 (cheap ebay one) Check the image
