Here the main problem was rubber layer getting damage.
Ek3 had two type of pullies. One with the metal strip in the middle of two big pullies and without a one. Our one which is a JDM EK3 has a one with metal strip.
Found a one from a guy who had a extra one via a facebook group.

  8. andunslg's post in Low fuel consumption and Metal Scratching sound Honda Civic EK3 Ferio was marked as the answer
Our mechanic has cleaned the engine head and valves, ignition coil. Also he has repaired the ECU. He said there were some burnt capacitors(I dont know how he found that :D) Anyway the knock, scratching sound and the low fuel consumption seems to be fixed. It does 12.5 km in the long run per liter.

  9. andunslg's post in Powe steering Oil Leak was marked as the answer
Today I went to a garage and replaced a rubber over-ring and a washer in the top part of the power steering box. Still no leak is visible. Also there were no damages according to the mechanic.
There was a play in the steering. That seems to be also fixed due to the fix.
Thanks you people for the instructions.
