  1. manual conversions are also there, i think i have seen some post/threads here
  2. depends on what kind of mechanic you go, overall no idea about that.
  3. io salli, aparade ithin..value of the car is gone from there. yeah crosswind, there are only like 2 or 3 bravas in original running condition. buy it f you can reduce the price and restore the original engine.. does the current owner have the original engine?
  4. sorry for the late, many workshops are available, at rajagiriya, at thalawthugoda and at peliyagoda are some of the renowned fiat specialists.. just to add a bit more, parts are available at p'wattha and ebay, ebay UK to be specific. parts are moderate in price if you doing the shipping with tracking.. so did you buy the car or planning to buy?
  5. Finally someone with a Brava werent some bravas were up for sale few weeks back by any chance is this one of the advertised ones? there are many places, where do you live by?
  6. dayum that was fast all yours Davy
  7. Have a go, a few in SL
  8. Toyota Avalon
  9. normally its near 2000rpm woah! is this with AC or no AC? even with AC on a cold start it should ideally be below 1500, and after a while it should drop near to 1000rpm. maybe a fuel blockage(dust particles and all), for the acceleration issue?
  10. Indika @ ITMC is more of a business person, so always be aware. I actually got to know a director of ITMC from the Italian car club.. But there are many other good fiat specialist shops around, even i found many from AL.

    Tyre Prices

i recently put 2 maxxis tyres to the front, and so much road noise even on carpet roads, noise is more prominent when you are speeeding, above 40kmp/h in most cases
  14. thanks for the place Devinda_Z, will contact them 2mrw
  15. just an update on the tuning of my Bravo, seems like there is no error codes, the engine seems fine. and needs the Bosch scanner to reset the engine, cant do with the normal scanners, Bosch scanner is too much pricey and i guess the scanner should be rare in SL, now the task is to find a place with a Bosch scanner
  16. definitely thats way too expensive. more than 2x normal cost i guess
  17. i dont think so, because interior detailing costs like 7k if done seperately, and also the cut and polish with 3M will take around a 4-5k more i guess. i changed the filters and oil before 2weeks going into the laugfs. Also not every 5k km i'll be doing the total treatment neh, once a year wage shape. this was the first time i went to a standard place and i had to make sure that i do everything. Also their engine oil prices are the same as everywhere else, i used the semi synthetic one
  18. make sure you call one of their branches and reserve a time slot, no need of waiting in queue then
  19. magen da ahuwe? if so, patta quality work bro, interior supiriyatama kala, gave 1l bottle of that liquid they were using for the interior cleaning for me to take home also hahah For the engine, its some sort of chemical they used, that chemical bottle around 1000rs(included in the package), they dont wash the engine, just sprayed the whole bottle to de-grease the engine. and it did a pretty good job. not sure if they will vary the price, but that was the price only for the total treatment (not including the filter and oil changes and all). can recommend the maya avenue branch and the koswatte branch
  20. as previous members explained, if you provided the filters and all, it will be slightly more(like 2000 more) than other reputed service stations. FYI, i did full body wash, 3M cut and polish, interior shampooing and cleaning, undercarriage wash, engine de-greasing all for 11k in Laugfs, i did change the engine oil, gearbox oil and oil filter like 2 weeks before taking it to laugfs. Known as the total treatment http://www.laugfscarcare.lk/auto-detailing
  21. did you try Laugfs? they do a pretty good and professional job, unfortunately the laugfs service stations i know and is going are around the Kotte area.
