Hi Bros, searching and searching and searching, now found a cooper for a good offer i guess. in good condition, yet no A/C, Plastic Dashboard and no Deep Rims. the dashboard and the Rims can be replaced later, but my worry is AC. can i have a rough idea about A/C placing and how much will it cost? the engine is 1000CC which is i guess not a metro one.

Bros, one more question. Do you guys have any idea whether leasing companies, lease such old cars??? I'm stucked with this long holiday so couldn't contact any till Monday.

@abeysingha and crossw, Thanks for the thoughts bros, actually the reason of going for a car because I became a married person . And for a car I have very limited budget. Anyway I'm a sports classic car lover, so initially my instinct was to go for cooper. As it was one of my favourite from childhood. Yet it has limited space, I looked for the second option which is eg8. With the spares and the condition of cars had gave up eg8 and looked for other brands. Yet those cars didn't catch me as I needed somewhat sports looky car. Finally made my thought to go back to cooper since my budget was low, and thought it will be easier to maintain. And my family is yet a small one;me my wife and baby. Also Thinking about reselling; made my mind that cooper will be fine. Hope that thought is wiser? Please advice. I'm new to this forum, so I thought to ask about mini, I should open a thread at mini group. So thats y 3 threads. I'm sorry for that as well

Hi Bros, Thought of going for my first car. And finally stopped at; going for good mini cooper. Need your advice on how to convert a carb car to efi one. How much will it cost. Is it realistic? Or shall I go for a mini which already converted to efi with extra cost!

Hi, I'm planning to go for my 1st car. Since it's my first, I'm in big trouble of choosing one. My budget is 1.3mil max. And the question is whether to go low mileage indian one or a used japanese car about 180,000km. Please advise, which is much wiser!! I don't have any fuel issue since this will be for home use only. But the spare parts much worried.

Ppl, If I go for mitsubishi, mazda or nissan what should I check specially? As I was crazy on eg8, I got to know that VTEC engine is the better and if it is DOHC far more better. Likewise what should I check on those cars

Hi Bros, I'm new to cars and for this forum as well. I really love to go for an eg8 since the look it has and the performance, also my budget. So I took 5 experienced fellows thoughts and 1 out of five said go for honda. One of my best pal, who was a racer and a honda user even didn't recommend honda saying the parts are expensive and you will not find a good eg8 as it's pretty old. But still my instinct says go for eg8. Please help me out
