  1. would pick the baleno over the Vitz. Indian crap vs JDM quality
  2. also the ignis, Suzuki swift turbo 1.0
  3. agree with iRage. depends on what your priorities are. if it's fuel consumption then go for the stingray/wagon r. that's about the only good thing about them. would recommend the vitz
  4. Agree with this point. Cars made for European conditions might not fair well here in the long run, given the factors you have mentioned.
  5. What load of bollocks! The 1.2 turbo is sold in the US, which is the biggest western market importer!
  6. Well think about it like you are going to marry a virgin devoid of any STDs vs a very "experienced" girl with a known or unknown history of possible STDs Who would you choose?
  7. could you PM me his contact information please
  8. could you message me you car sale friend's contact number please?
  9. You are spot on. Here are the figures: C-HR = 114 bhp (116 PS/85 kW) of power at 5200-5600 rpm, and maximum torque of 185 N·m (136 lb·ft/18.9 kgm) at 1500-4000 rpm Q2 = 85kW (114 bhp). Torque, 200 Nm. Torque is better on the Q2
  10. Test drove the C-HR today as well and was a bit puzzled because the pick up was not as good as the Q2 even though the C-HR is a 1.2 litre turbo and the Q2 is a 1.0 litre turbo. handling and comfort wise the Audi definitely wins. I'm regretting test driving the Q2 first, because nothing can top that now for the budget crossover category
  11. Since the price is a bit off my budget I'm not able to get this until another 2 months. Going for the Pearl white. They had an A5 and R8 in Pearl white which looked amazing!
  12. So guys I went on a test drive in the Audi Q2 and I have to say the pick up from start stop traffic is amazing! You won't believe you are driving a 1 litre vehicle. Also handling is quite good and you don't feel the bumps on the road. Very pleased with the vehicle. Base price is 7.5m and the fully loaded one comes in at 8m. If you order now, the vehicle will arrive in 3 to 4 months
  13. Why this discrimination of Jap vs Euro. You guys are sounding just like the past era Racial segregation in the United States
  14. Good analogy @iRage but ultimately arn't all women like Euro cars :D. Your point on the agent is a good one since it is going to be my first Euro car it makes sense to go through the agent. The only downside is that the price difference between the agent and third party vehicle importer is rs.1M!! btw @Supra_Natural mentioned Vishwa Motors for Audi related maintenance. Seems a good alternative to the agents once the warranty period is over
  15. yes seriously. You come up with imaginary cars and I request you to provide imaginary quotes Pun intended mate
  16. Most make Euro cars seem like white elephants which makes me ponder as to why would a person buy a Euro car in the first place, if they are going to be stuck with a white elephant
  17. Thanks @Supra_Natural for the recommendations. It seems the Sterling warranty covers only the engine and transmission, unlike the agent warranty offered here. My previous experience of a non-SL used vehicle is my latest one (Aqua) which two and a half years to date used in SL, I have had no problems whatsoever, so given the premium price tag of Euros I expect better quality and reliability. If that is not the case, then I would rather stick with Jap vehicles as you mentioned. Will keep you guys posted on my eventual purchase
