Hey vag2 I'v cancelled egr just for test its effect on fuel concumption for only 1 tank. I'v allredy got it back to normal use. Now i want to do the same with the dpf to check its effect on fuel concumption. I will never do it permannent just want to know if the dpf's ash is to high and make blockinf effect to the engine befor spend approximate 4000$ on new one after those thif mechanic tried to sell me after "checking" it whith computer. As i understand after reading so much about it: the ecm of this car doesent show the amount of ash bloking in the dpf. The engine load in nutral is appropriate 20% without a.c or light so its to high and must find the reason for that. Just to manchined back pressure was good and injector are in very good condition.

Hello to all I'v recently purchased 2008 nissan pathfinder 2.5 with dpf. On it 170000 km whith all the history so its real km. The car is "drinking" fuel about 5.5km per 1 liter in combined driving and most of the time the a.c is off. I'v canceled the egr and want also to cancell the dpf. Is some one of you had this kind of problem? Also i'd like to ask aboyt the oil type: I want to change oil type to castrol vecton 5w-30 fuel saver e6/e9, for euro 5 engines. Api cj-4, acea e6/e7/e9, meets daf px euro 5 requirements. Its full sintetik oil so of what i'v reed in here i gess you have experience whith. Thank you vary much for any reply. all the best Daniel
