Is it a good idea to go for a 406 as a daily driver ? I always thought that its a good option to go for more than most of the Jap cars in that range. for a person who drives about 30-40km per day ?

Guys Finally I fixed it. It was a minor problem as some of you guys said.... since I couldn't find any garage person I took the matter in to my own hands pushed the car about 10 feet back and kicked it to the 1st gear. then cranked the engine ( while doing this i kept paddling the clutch ) and finally clutch got released. Thanks for all your ideas.

Just curious is HRV 4WD or 2 WD....? CRV comes in 4WD

Machan I cant tow it out from my house because of the way my garage is situated..+ the road which leads to my house was closed for the past 3-4 week as they are making it ( cuz of this only I'm having all these issues with my car ) I also don't like it when shit happens especially these days as my wedding is around the corner I will try to fetch a garage dude to check it out Anyways will keep u guys posted about the developments as it might help some one down the line

mirage7777 thanks for the reply mate ! What do I mean by '"change gears"? yes once car is started cant engage ANY gear ...when the engine is switched off I can press the clutch and put to any gear. Yes can start the engine if the gear is in " Neutral " position NO cant start the engine if I put to a gear and press the clutch fully down
