I drive a 2019, Toyota Premio with 1.5L engine. In my opinion, Fuel consumption will depend on numerous factors; Driving habits, tire pressure, carrying weight and the type of fuel you feed the car with. Mine does about 12km/L on average (60% urban:40% Highway). I use 95 octane fuel and tire pressure 32.8 psi.(Toyota recommends 33.8 psi, this is little uncomfortable considering road conditions here) On highway it does approx. 15-17km/L this is with 4 people inside and around 50 kg in the trunk.
