  5. Visa is required for travelling. Visit Thai visa office at green Lanka building, Nawam Mawatha for visa. fee is 4600/-. You need two visa type photos, bank statements and an employment confirmation from employer for individual travel visas. Business visa is 9500/- I guess. Process period is two days. MINIACE

  7. As Ripper mentioned, browsing old threads will help you a lot. 1.3 manual efis are rare and expensive, sure that's the ideal daily runner. Post your questions, you got many Mini experts and enthusiasts here. MINIACE
  8. I do agree with some comments about premature tranny oil changes here. Pug's auto box is very sensitive and needs TLC for better results. Few steps will give you relief...get a full tune up done, change tranny oil using an ATF changer.. If results are going to be the same, you can do a little off the book method to help gear changes, simply back off the peddle gently and slightly to enhance the upon reaching normal changing speeds. that will help gear change in sort of a manual way. continous revving up will not help changes. do that and see if the consumption reduces, if so get the auto box serviced. Looking For A 7 Seater

Majority of Trajets, Carnivals and Carens are going Petrol to Diesel swaps. Not a big issue if you get it done at a proper place. Recently I came across a badly swapped Trajet and its really costly to correct. Before the conversion, it is mandatory that you have to take RMV commissionaire's consent.Note that 2C and 3C engines are costly.Conversion charges and government fees are high. so do the maths and see. Surely Hyundai beta and sirrus engines are under powered hence causing high Trajet fuel consumption. MINIACE
  23. Do you really need a human flight to highlight the racing spirit??? Surely the name Mini is besides the point. MINIACE
  24. Certainly it cant be all the plugs since all plugs abruptly go 'Bonkers' as you described is a one in a million situation. even if one or two seize up due ware and tare ,it will not be that momentous . Check all ignition leads for correct sparks. if you have never done it under supervision before, DIY is not applicable.Call a technician or drive. Its ok to drive if car doesnt misfire, vibrate violently. You can judge that. MINIACE
  25. Water alone in the cooling system will work fine. By adding coolant at correct ration will help increasing the boiling temperature a bit but thats insignificant in a failed or a faulty system. Surely coolants have an edge over water when it comes to lubricating the system and anti rust campaign, but not to the extent as shown on commercials. The biggest practical advantage is when the system is leaking when filled with coolants, very visible and significant due colour. MINIACE
