no machan i didn't know a mini olluwa sadly we have the same problem with clearance... SL engineering can't get any design authority on european and american military aircraft... we just won a contract on the A400M however but that's run by UK engineering besides... we have nothing cargo related on any fighter inter airshow india... it's in delhi from the 21st...

miniace the company IS AmSafe Bridport... a fully fledged branch all the hierarchy were transferred from the UK office... who is this local agent? camouflage as in vegetation, desert and snow camo concealment (infra red and radar repellant) for vehicles, equipment, etc... i'm currently working on a project for the pakistan MoD... unfortunately pakistan and india are very hard markets to get into cos of a lot of greasing of palms if you know what i mean the UK used to also manufacture aircraft arrestor nets for crash landings etc... i was at AAC from 2001-2002... speaking of helicopters... a new potential project came up with the Eurocopter NH90... but that's on hold cos apparently the helicopter is already giving trouble

well well well it's good to see this many in the aviation field... blazin/miniace i work for a company called AmSafe Bridport... i'm based in SL but the head office and main manufacturing site is in Dorset, UK... we manufacture aircraft cargo restraints for commercial and military aircraft... but i'm in the defense department so we do a little more than restraints including camouflages, HUSLE nets, slings etc... blazin i'm an engineer too!!! and i did a year at the asian avaition centre too!!! but i wasn't too happy with the lecturing so i transferred immediately... graduated in 2004! (p.s. we do spike strips too called X-nets )

kim - if you have nothing to lose i don't see why you're whining so much... for someone who 'LOVES' the site your last post was very very rude... all the other posters in this thread have been very polite with their complaints and i don't see any reason why you can't do the same... i'll have you know that AL admin is aware of this issue and is in the process of fixing it but unfortunately time doesn't permit the webmasters to do this as fast as YOU want... and FYI the hits on AL classifieds are only increasing so here again the only person fed up with the service is YOU... just remember that AL is providing you with a service... criticism is most welcome but not in this tone... and if you don't appreciate it don't use it cos we've got 'nothing to lose'... also i think you owe Madz an apology cos he obviously wasn't pleased with your ruckus... don/nexgen - good suggestions, especially the auto-expire option... spoken to the boss about it and we'll see what we can do...
