are you serious? i wouldn't be surprised anyway... but it's a great car from what i've read and its styling isn't too bad either... what you should check out is the VX lightning concept... it was displayed at canary wharf in 2003... gorgeous but i don't think vauxhall is going to make it...

my best friend's dad owned two generations of the range rover and loved it... both were the same frame but the former was a mid 80's and the latter was a mid 90's... those jeeps have taken us anywhere and everywhere without a fuss... the only reason he didn't continue with tradition and instead switched to japanese off-roaders was the price of the newer range...

actually there are tonnes of discos, freelanders and jeeps (grand cherokees and liberty's) these days...

hi don i'm guessing it was indeed that hot day when i was stuck in traffic for over 2 hours 1. very hot day 2. car was not moving - period 3. the fan could have failed in the midst of it... hard to say... 4. the a/c was on for most of the ride but i switched it off when i saw the temp guage move a notch up more than usual.... your list was exactly what i came up with... and considering nissans run verrryyy hot i'm just going to take a pass on the next gridlock... cheers

yup it is the a/c one... since it was a recent incident i'm guessing it was cos of that 2 hour traffic jam i was stuck in... it was that saturday checkpoints were setup across colombo... it took me 2 hours to cover about 6kms and a very hot day it was...
