Thanks a lot for all ur comments and ideas, really appreciate it. I apologize for the late reply. I've never ridden any kawasakis so wanted to know how they are. I totally agree that there is no place to get the max out of a high capacity bike here in SL, except on the track. I thought of getting a one because that i thought they go a bit cheaper than the cibbys and yamahas. But afraid that i will be stuck with it forever. I previously owned a CBR250R and currently a 250RR. And really want to try out a big bike and see the difference. definitely not as a daily runner but as a weekend ride. The less availability of parts is a major concern. I do agree that going for a cibby would be a better choice. Thank u once again for all of u who replied. -Raj...

Hi Guys, What do u guys think of Kawasaki bikes? Are they good com-paired with makes like Honda and Yamaha. Any idea about their second hand market value. I'm referring to a big bike like Ninja 9R(year 95-96). - Raj.

Definitely. The price will be the biggest issue. If this ever come out it will be awesome for sure.

Between the Honda CBR Hurricane and the Honda CBR Gullarm there are many differences. Hurricane was the earlier model to Gullarm, which has a single large front disk, 3 spoke wheels a fuel pump etc.. The Gullarm was a completely new redesigned bike with a gull shaped swing arm that was adopted from the NSR250, two disks at front, 6 spoke wheels, a completely new set of VP carburetors, vacuum operated pump, etc... Between the CBR Gullarm and the Fireblade, which was the last model in the series has minor differences except CBR Fireblade has a reduced power output of 40 ps (30 kW), which was due to a change in Japanese law. Apart from that Fireblade is on-light, less wholes in the front disks compared with Gullarm front disks. Those are the differences according to my knowledge. Hope this helps. Cheers!

Hi Guys, I need some information and advice on something that I have heard about higher capacity bikes. I've heard that it is legal to use a higher capacity bike for racing purposes. If so I need to know whats the procedure for this, are there any extra documents required for this etc.... Thanks in advance.
