  1. Ok then here goes,
  2. The model that spawned the Citan. Do we have KANGarOOs in France?
  3. Looks like everyone is going for a 4wd of some sorts, does it mean its time to get rid of the Alto and get a 4wd? Tempted by a certain 4wd van but scared of reliability.

Yes, Newer Vitara has removed the Transfer case which was present on previous models. @Gummybr saw Palathsabha shorty in quick site in Aluthgama.. for a reasonable price.. worth   give him a call and see what are hidden Gremlins this one has..

  4. Its the second gen of the Isuzu Panther, I think they were mostly made in Indonesia side along with the other makes that had similar offerings (ie Toyota Kijang).
  5. Your father (bless him) being the sensible man went for the boring more fuel efficient common vehicle rather than the sporty and thirsty car which would have burned a big hole in his pocket when he had you to look after 😁. I am also a sucker for these barges, they look nice.
  6. You can become a medalist.... Floor is yours sir. Nissan Laurel it is, I love this design
  7. Looks very similar noh? But it aint a Cedric think of something smaller.
  8. Lets try this then,
  9. DongFengSoKen C37 Van
  10. Yes I will accept either, take the floor. The problem was it was a neither here nor there design as if the designer was confused as to what he wanted to design a Double Cab / Single Cab or a Lorry.
  11. @iRage Does this have a CVT gearbox? CVT does work itself very hard on inclines and you feel that it doesnt move, I know because I had a Fit GP1. Have you had the car for a long time?
  12. Maker is correct, but there are two names that should pop up when you see the vehicle and Xylo is not that. Its related though.
  13. Yes too easy. Why dont you guys try this. A design I hate so much.
  14. What a load of BS. For sure that vehicle has changed hands before meaning the taxes were paid. Just finding ways to make underhand money.
  15. Didnt see this. Coming from our neighbours the brand used to own Ssangyong (until it was sold off) and Daewoo trucks. Quanto
  16. From what I know if you keep a copy of this it should be ok since it already on the RMV system. There was a case recently a guy called and asked for copies of an old vehicle sold and transferred about 5 years ago. He had bought the vehicle and RMV had told him that the tax payments are shown on system but its best to get copies to confirm before he transfers. I believe its all about getting under hand money. Earlier they used to give a printout and never asked questions. Same way if you can find the insurance they will also be able to get copies and certify, I havent dealt with these as of recently so I dont know how it is nowadays.
  17. Correct over to you. I think this did need more effort. Here's the original picture. Correct name should be Datsun / Nissan Cherry / Sunny van C20 https://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/ダットサン・サニーキャブ/日産・チェリーキャブ
  18. I can say close, its related in a way.
  19. If you guys need any help here are a few clues, The engine is from a car of the same vintage. You wont have much info on wikipedia on this unless its on the Japanese Wiki. The successor model which came out with a new name had a two word name of which one was dropped later in life. The successor model in the later years became a rebadged version. (shared with two other manufacturers)
  20. Machang does your dad want a 4wd? If he is ok with a 2WD option the D22 model came with the old TD27 engine as well. Place of manufacture I am not sure as they would have come brand new. Another good option would be the newer Hilux models that came after your model.
  21. What if I say this model / name was discontinued in the 1970's and a newer model came with a different name?
  22. Doesnt have a whole load of power, I think @iRage talked about it somewhere. Anyways those Suzuki's dont need an awful lot of power to be enjoyable. Have a go at this, I want to see how you guys are conversant in relatively old (50 years) vehicles.
  23. Dont get me wrong buddy, I was being funny there and wanted to say that you are having a good time in USA rather than driving boring old cars and talking of fuel consumption. I had a Gen1 Rav4 which I sold last year. Two different categories they work in you cant do what the Rav4 does in your Axio or Premio, but the trade off would be a few features missing on the Rav4.
  24. Must be rocking his Ass off in the Rav4 😜
  25. Oh I know I know must SWIFTly IGNIte itS old zuki or you need to JUSTYfy baru. Commonly found with the old 1300cc 4 pot and rarely the sport tuned 1500cc, but it ran a 1600 is the Super1600 series?
