I suppose Upali's gonna be doing the installation.. as for looks.. as long as you do not get water onto the heat wrap it would look ok.. the ceramic header would look more cool if it were left unwrapped.. heatwrap would increase its efficiency though.. yup.. there are abundant ceramic headers so no worries.. As for his articles, I ve read em.. unfortunately the physics parts of the modifications does not easily hit me lolz.. i think ya d be better off with a 4-2-1 header... pork ll knw ya needs though.. dnt worry bout the fuel consumption dude.. it might be attributed to a cone filter which s currently long due on a good cleaning.. n no worries bout the achcharu part.. its not dat ya ll be installing a huge ass ugly piece o piping lolz.. chances r it would add to the looks.. n ado.. get me some pics o ya alloys will ya Zz

As far as experience goes i ve got no say lol.. the truth was that ma model didnt have an exact header built for the cause and Porkster (all credits goto him) did some research n came up with a suitable match.. mine was a AE110 1.5 L engine and thus had a AE110 1.6 L header attached.. the difference was immediate as ya could feel additional pulling power and some again in acceleration... got the thing heat wrapped too as it would make it perform more efficiently and total costs i must say was bout 30k.. Relating to the fuel efficiency.. well.. i dnt feel no difference as i ve been driving not as long as ma dad did on this vehicle and thus he should knw better.. these is no worries as the difference is minimal (if there really is) in fuel efficiency and the performance gain depends on the factory header design.. so you cannot guarantee an exact amount of hp after replacing the header... some cars might gain more hp while others not as much.. The only drawback i found is that reaching a high speed especially past 100 kmph takes a teeny weeny bit longer.. i guess ya could attribute this to the 4-2-1 header as these types are more prone to increase acceleration within the lower speeds... if you want top speed a 4-1 header would be the best change... luckily for ya, hondas have a wide range of aftermarket parts at ya disposal.. lol.. n bout it being ceramic.. there is a small issue of it rusting quicker than standard steel headers.. ask Porkster bout it.. n if ya heat wrap it make sure there aint no chance o water going into the wrappings.. ceramic does infact keep the exhaust air hotter n thus quicker to exit giving a slightly more gain... while at it ask porkster bout the entire exhaust job.. ya d notice a far more gain quicker.. n it d be cheaper doing it at once rather dan stage by stage.. btw wut wuz ya second mod eh? thought only the CAI job was on ya mod list.. good luck wit ya modz buddy!! n give porkster ma regardz.. couldn contact the dude lately... Well.. frankly the only bad (kinda) is the cost of hiring out a vehicle which usually requires ya deposit a hefty amount as surety.. other than that I have heard of few occurances where people ve rented out the vehicles and return them in the same condition only to find that the rental company proposes that it has deteriorated in some way.. and hiring out a vehicle expecially self driving is quite costly over here in wellawatte with prices ranging from 6k to 10k as deposits and limitations on the daily KM at times exist too.. Man... that photo o the alloys once installed shows the alloys at its best dude.. da colour kinda transitions from gold in the middle to dark towards the end.. serious stuff man!! lol.. btw.. how much did it cost ya to get it down eh? Zz

@ Pila - Agree about the parts.. took bout 4 days of searching to come across a pair of rear lights for ma car.. though engine parts n stuff could be substituted for those of the AE110 Corolla.. it is the body parts that make ya hassle bout.. Zz

A Toyota Sprinter Vintage would do ya good.. somewhat better looking than the Corolla on that age period and has all the comfort ya need.. the Corolla and the Sprinter though shared da same characteristics in terms o engine... body z different though.. n got reasonably good fuel consumption.. if ya are not so performance minded.. this car might be it! Zz

Just a related question... braking from below 60-70s while switching to D2 is considered bad to the engine or is it kinda harmless? from the way my machine goes.. the 2nd gear goes upto about 80 odd me think.. so if I am to brake while switching to D2 would it in any anyway effect the engine or transmission? Gears o mine r P, R, N, D, 2, L ... Zz

@ ash - one of ma pals had a similiar prob and happens once the plates in the gearbox are wasted.. thus going only in one gear.. anyways.. let the Don do his work lol.. if IT IS the gearbox then expect some deep holes in the wallet.. Zz

I think there would be retailing of Iphones but the prob would be the price.. it d be a bit more than what the contract offers it for... but ya US guys are lucky lol.. plus 600$ is nothing to laugh at.. but in ma opinion.. ya could get a fone with far more features for a less price.. it all depends on the 'X' factor lol.. the apple fone looks really cool! @ Lalithster - Y would not the need arise for installing application man? I mean when it comes to symbian fones, the thing i love is that you could practically make the fone do anything you want.. from opening word document, playings divx videos, turning your mobile into somewhat a small broadcasting tool etc.. the thing I feel is that apple is trying to make the consumers lock onto their requirements.. just like the ipod.. heard plenty of plenty complaining bout DRM and stuff but then again it was a hit.. i guess the same would be for the iphone it d be a hit.. with a lotta complaining lolz.. LG s coming out with their model called Prada.. similiar to Iphone but got a different type of touch sensitive screen which ll only react to skin n not any other material.. stylus pens are out lolz.. iphone could be only bought via cingular i think.. 500$ is a hefty price.. and worst part is .. ya cant install any shit onto it!! @ Kim - low pressure mode in the sense that it being just like a garden hose or sprays with a acceptable power? About the shampoo bucket thingy.. better be a bit careful as you cant be sure whether the washer would find it difficult vacuming the shampoo water from the bucket n overheat.. take some precautions such as thinning the shampoo by adding more water etc.. i wouldn want 2 damage ya 12.5k brand new washer would i ? lolz.. I did find that there is a compartment to add detergent or something equivalent.. but when checking online they say you ve got to purchase the optional accessories which include the soap which could be put into the machine.. though there should be ways of putting shampoo/soap too... the easiest way to shampoo the car if shampoo cannot be included is to get a huge ass bucket.. fill it with water and include shampoo into it.. make it lather and rather dan connecting the hose from the pressure washer to the tap.. put it into that bucket.. should work.. me think.. Yup.. there ARE sites where ya could get some for free.. USDM vehicles mostly.. JDM vehicles are rarely found.. I found a site with 350Z n other Nissan manuals.. but then again.. it did not contain what chamuka was searching for.. Zz
