My BIL owns a Tucson (company provided) and got it Brand new. He had a CRV earlier. When compared the two vehicles Tucson is newer and better looking and looks bigger, but internally (specially the rear) not very spacious. Compared Tucson is very low on fuel (after driven less than a year) and not very comfy. Outta list I prefer; 1. X-Trail 2. SX4 / Escudo 3. Tucson

Most probably it could be the water inside the plug chambers. Remove the cables and plugs and clean them through. Clean the chambers properly. Start the engine in short bursts will remove any water vapour inside, but don’t over do it. Get your distributor cap cleaned as well. Nothing serious... Don’t worry. For the alarm fault take it to the place who fixed your alarm. Could be a short circuit.

Always do.... Get in the car...insert the key and turn it on.... Wear the seat belt.... start the engine after the A/B light goes out... check the mirrors... gear on and drive.... It’s like a routine, never missing a step. It’s very important even you drive very slowly or just a 100 meters distance. You never know what’ll happen. Once I got knocked at a colour light by a car which doesn’t have a single thread on his tyres (a medical rep with full of boxes in his station wagon). I was stalled for the Red light and he knocked @ a very high speed. If not for my seat belts... I don’t know.... Even when I’m a passenger I always do... But sometimes some seat belts are bloody dirty. Looks like never pulled out
