I suspect this is a vacuum related problem. There are two vacuum modulator close to the oil filter. When these are blocked you feel very low the engine pulling power. If the service station tried to remove the filter without proper tools they can easily damage the wiring or the rubber hoses attached to the vacuum modulators. The two vacuum modulators control the EGR and the turbo. The Kyron does not respond to the normal scanners for some reason.

did you check the brake oil level in the resrvoir?

I had a similar problem in my earlier FB13. It unlocked automatically while driving - it has speed sensed auto lock - and lock back immediately. I figured it out that the sensor in the main door was rusted, so was not making good contact. Probably the central locking system sees it as if the main door was unlocked manually, so was commanding the other door to unlock. I suggest that you check the lock sensor in your driver side front door.

It is a great channel, but bit expensive, Do we have any other option?

if there is a big gap (do not know the original spec, lets say above 5mm) between the bumper and the rear light assembly then I think you can adjust it by adjusting the bumper holding tabs below the lights. You will have to remove the bumper and the two lights and bend the tabs upwards a bit. http://www.mazdaspd.com/manual_files/09-10.pdf

I had one before. But it is a Familia RS 1.5 VVT (YOM 2000). 4 speed tiptronic. 14" wheels.

check the ATF oil since you have recently changed it. It may be not the correct oil, or the filter was not cleaned or not enough oild is filled. I cannot think of an engine issue.

There is a 3M distributor at Delkanda Plaza Delkanda. I once bought it (part no 06384), 800 rupees as I remember. Call the 3M agents they will give you the distributor contacts.

Is Installing Inner Tube In Tubeless Tire Is A Dangerous Move

I once had a sidewall damaged. It was vulcanized by at a small tyre shop near Hidaramani factory Maharagama. I do not know if it is a good idea if you drive fast or carry heavy loads. -
tried once, no difference

Kyrons are diesel 2.0Liter turbo intercooler, common rail injection. New ones has a 6 forward auto transmission with a thumb control for manual mode. My one does around 7.5-8KmL in Colombo traffic. I heard the permit ones are for sale from 4.5M. Permit do not have some of the options. Brand new is around 6.5M. Build quality is not bad for the permit price. But never count on the service. Micro Cars is the worst service joint I had ever been

I used a BJ5P VVT tiptronic for more than four years. Never had big issues except for the fuel economy (8-8.5KmL Colombo traffic). I think that was becuase my one was a sports tuned (grade RS).

yup ite happened to me too the last two days. it seems like it works now.
-
The life span of the radiator is around 100K Km I heard. My BJ5P had a replacement radiator when it was around 80K Km. It started leaking from the gasket between the top tank and the core. Papiliyana joint had reconditioned radiators (alluminium tanks attached). Check with him.

That is what the P##co La##a people says. In theory this should heat up the power amplifier stage (of the head unit - I do not want to fix an external amplifier), that is the reason why I would like to hear from you people if anyone has experinced it. /thanks
-
Hi Do any of you have JBL-GTO607C component speakers installed? and how good are they (sound quality). These are marked 2ohms, but my head unit is 4ohms. This is not going to work to my knowledge? Any experience or comments? thanks

Had some bad experience last month when they were in the transition period. but i got my claim processed in 3-4 days. didn't pay me the NBT and i had to bring the salvage items to them even if i had the repair done thru the agents. call their hot line and try to get hold of the clerk who is responsible for your file.

I own one for few months now. So far no major issues except issues with the quality of the assembly process. There were a lot of rattling inside the passenger compartment and loose screws I had to visit the workshop few times to get them settled. The service at the Peliyagoda site is extremely bad (Pride of the nation ). I never want to go there again, but no options. I also heard people saying the cars are bad quality and has a lot of mechanical problems, which I haven't experienced so far. By the way a relative of mine is using one for over three years around 50000Km done, and no complaints heard.
